Delhi Chase First WPL Title Against Mandhana’s RCB

Delhi Capitals will look to finally end their title drought when they face Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Women’s Premier League final, scheduled for Sunday in India. It is Delhi’s fourth appearance in a WPL final, while RCB aim to defend their crown.
Led on the field by Jemimah Rodrigues, Delhi have been consistent throughout the season but have fallen short in previous finals. “We know what’s at stake,” Jemimah said. “This time, the focus is on staying calm and playing our game.”
RCB, captained by Smriti Mandhana, arrive with confidence after a strong playoff run. “Finals are about pressure moments,” Mandhana said. “We’ve handled them well before.”
Delhi coach Jonathan Batty added: “The hunger is there. The challenge is turning experience into success.”
With contrasting histories and high stakes, the WPL final promises a tight battle for supremacy.
