India Set for Three T20Is in Zimbabwe This July After BCCI Announcement

India will tour Zimbabwe for a three-match T20I series in July 2026, the BCCI confirmed on Tuesday, locking in the schedule at Harare Sports Club.

The matches are set for July 23, 25 and 26 — a tight back-to-back run at the same venue. India last visited Zimbabwe in 2024, where they played five T20Is in the country.

“Team India will head to Zimbabwe for a three-match T20I series in July 2026,” the BCCI said in its announcement.

The series lands in a packed summer schedule. India are coming off an England tour in July, meaning players will have little time between assignments. It also comes in the wake of India’s T20 World Cup triumph — the team became the first side in history to defend their T20 World Cup title at home.

For Zimbabwe, it is another chance to host one of the game’s biggest draws. For India’s fringe players eyeing selection, three matches at altitude could be exactly the audition they need.
