Kapil Dev hails Bumrah as India’s No.1 bowler
India legend Kapil Dev has named Jasprit Bumrah as the country’s top bowler, praising the pacer’s impact during the ongoing ICC Men’s T20 World Cup and highlighting his ability to deliver in high-pressure moments.
Speaking during the tournament, the 1983 World Cup-winning captain said Bumrah stands above other Indian bowlers thanks to his consistency and match-winning spells. The fast bowler has been among India’s key performers, regularly striking in crucial phases of games.
“Bumrah is India’s number one bowler right now,” Kapil Dev said. “He has the skill and the temperament to control the game.”
