Soham Bhagawati Targets India Debut From Spain
Young footballer Soham Bhagawati is chasing a senior India call-up while continuing his development stint in Spain, aiming to break into the national setup through consistent performances abroad.
Currently training and competing in Spain, Bhagawati believes exposure to European football will sharpen his game and boost his chances of selection. “Playing here has improved my understanding and intensity,” he said. “My goal is to represent India at the highest level.”
The youngster has been working on technical and tactical aspects during his overseas spell, drawing attention for his progress. A mentor close to the player noted, “He is focused and determined to earn that opportunity.”
