Storm clouds hover over India–Pakistan T20

India and Pakistan’s much-anticipated T20 World Cup showdown in Colombo faces uncertainty, with rain forecast on match day threatening to disrupt the contest.

Showers are expected during the scheduled hours, raising the possibility of delays or even a washout in a key group-stage fixture. The clash is among the most watched games of the tournament.

“We’re ready to adapt to any situation,” an India camp source said. A Pakistan official noted, “Weather is beyond our control.”

Officials will rely on extra time provisions, but no reserve day is planned. If rain prevails, both teams could be forced to split points.
